Using Directions:

Diffuser: Add 16 to 20 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
Massage Oil: Fill the Free included Roll-On with the blend and apply it behind the ears, the wrists, on the neck and on the forehead. This blend can be work directly on the skin, However, if you experience any skin sensitivity, then add 25 to 30 drops of the blend to 1/2 oz of a carrier oil or Vita-10 Oil.
Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 6 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container. Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
Bath Oils: Add 16 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well. Add 1/4 oz to your bath water.
