Using Directions:

Diffuser: Add 10 to 15 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
Massage Oil: add 20 to 25 drops of the blend to 1/2 oz of a carrier oil or Vita-10 Oil. Fill the Free included Roll-On with the blend and apply it behind the ears, the wrists, on the neck and on the forehead.
Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 5 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container. Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
Bath Oils: Add 15 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well. Add 1/4 oz to your bath water.

Aromatherapy Inhalers, also known as nasal inhalers perfect for use on the go. Simply apply essential oils or blends to the cotton pads, insert, seal and it is ready for use. Long day at the office? Just add a few drops onto cotton pad and let the stress just melt away.

Instructions:
• Apply essential oil or blend to cotton pad.
• Insert the cotton pad into the inhaler.
• Attach seal cap at bottom of inhaler.

	A blend for expecting moms and young babies

Precious Baby™ is a gentle and soft essential blend formulated for mothers and babies. This gentle blend may relieve stress during pregnancy and help to calm emotions during this sensitive time. It also treats and re-establishes the balance of the skin, as most of the essential oils in this formula are also used in many prestigous and high profile skin care products. Mixing this 2-3 drops of this oil with 2-3 oz Vita-10 or another carrier oil will create an exceptional baby oil (for children over 2 years of age), which avoids possible harmful effects of the mineral oil in commercial baby oils. Men can also benefit from this product by following the instruction listed below to use this blend as an after shave or for a general skin massage oil.
