Using Directions:

Massage Oil: Mix the Blend well with Sweet Almond or  Apricot Carrier Oil (9 Drops per Ounce) in a clean, dark-colored glass container, or fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and Gently message a small amount into the abdominal area to prevent wasting.

Pure essential oils of Orange, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, and Ginger creates a blend for your diffuser, which will turn your holidays into a true joy. The aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and orange blend to make a sweet, spicy aroma perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is also a wonderful blend to use for scenting greeting cards & tissue paper. This blend is made of 100% pure essential oils.

Using Directions:

• Diffuser: Add 20 drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.

• Potpourri: Place your dried Unscented plant materials such as whole flowers, petals, leaves, pine cones, and wood chips in a glass or ceramic bowl and add 5 to 8 drops of the blend to your desire aroma strength.You can always add more blend to refresh the scent later.

A truly soothing treat in times of feeling a need to get up and be more energetic. Made with essential oils of Petitgrain, Mandarin, Cypress, Rosemary, Ylang Ylang, and Bergamot. Using Directions:

• Aromatherapy Inhaler: Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to enhance the harmony and well being of body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy Inhalers, also known as nasal inhalers perfect for use on the go. Simply apply essential oils or blends to the cotton pads, insert, seal and it is ready for use. Long day at the office? Just add a few drops onto cotton pad and let the stress just melt away.
  
  Instructions:
   • Apply essential oil or blend to cotton pad.
   • Insert the cotton pad into the inhaler.
   • Attach seal cap at bottom of inhaler.
   • At the top of the inhaler, there is a small opening where one can inhale/breath in the aroma of the oils.
   • When not in use, simply insert inhaler into the container. Screw together tightly to prevent loss of scent.

• Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to a 1.5 oz carrier oil (Such as Sweet Almond), mix it well.
• Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 6 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container.  Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
• Bath Oils: Add 16 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well.  add 1/4 oz  to your bath water.
