Using Directions:

• Aromatherapy Inhaler: Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to enhance the harmony and well being of body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy Inhalers, also known as nasal inhalers perfect for use on the go. Simply apply essential oils or blends to the cotton pads, insert, seal and it is ready for use. Long day at the office? Just add a few drops onto cotton pad and let the stress just melt away.
  
  Instructions:
   • Apply essential oil or blend to cotton pad.
   • Insert the cotton pad into the inhaler.
   • Attach seal cap at bottom of inhaler.
   • At the top of the inhaler, there is a small opening where one can inhale/breath in the aroma of the oils.
   • When not in use, simply insert inhaler into the container. Screw together tightly to prevent loss of scent.
• Diffuser: Add 20 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
• Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to a 1.5 oz carrier oil (Such as Sweet Almond), mix it well.
• Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 6 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container.  Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
• Bath Oils: Add 16 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well.  add 1/4 oz  to your bath water.

Muscle Pain Aromatherapy Blend

	Empty Gold Cap Roll-On Included. Fill it from your 5 ml or 10 ml Blend and apply it to the are to prevent wasting.
	The oils of this blend are used to ease muscle pain and promotes the elimination of toxins. Similar to our Arthritis Blend, which targets joint pain, this effective blend of  Lavender, Mentha Arvensis (Cornmint), Rosemary, Geranium, Lemon, and Ylang Ylang has been designed to ease the discomforts of muscular pain. This blend is made of 100% pure essential oils.

Using Directions:

• Massage Oil: Add 10 drops to a 1 oz carrier oil (Such as Sweet Almond), mix it well. Then fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and apply it to the area to be massaged to prevent wasting.
• Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 6 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container.  Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
• Bath Oils: Add 15 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well.  add 1/4 oz  to your bath water.

Arthritis Aromatherapy Blend

	Provides a relief that may help arthritis and rheumatism by targeting joint pain. Compounded with essential oils that are historically associated with pain relief and elimination of toxins: Rose, Juniper, Fennel Sweet, Mentha Arvensis (Cornmint), Rosemary, and Geranium. This blend is made of 100% pure essential oils.

• Massage Oil: Add 25 drops to a 2 oz carrier oil (Such as Sweet Almond), mix it well. Then fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and Gently massage into arthritic joints using a small amount of oil to prevent wasting.

Dry Skin Blend

For a dry, flaky and dehydrated skin, this blend provides essential benefits to help the skin to regain elasticity and moisture.  Formulated with the essential oils of Geranium, Sandalwood, Chamomile Roman Wild Crafted, Jasmine, and Rose. This blend is made of 100% pure essential oils.
