Using Directions:

Massage Oil: Add 14 drops to a 1.5 oz carrier oil (Such as Sweet Almond) or Vita-10 Oil, mix it well. Then fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and apply it to the area to be massaged to prevent wasting. For aromatic use. Diffuse or apply on crown of head, forehead, base of head, chest, wrists and behind the ears.
Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 10 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container. Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
Bath Oils: Add 18 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well. add 1/4 oz to your bath water.

Stretch Mark Treatment

The Stretch Mark Treatment Blend is made with pure essential oils of Helichrysum Wild Crafted (Italicum), Neroli, Calendula Officinalis (Organic), and Lavender.

Massage Oil

Make a carrier oil mixture of 75% Hazelnut Oil, 20% Rose Hip Oil, and 5% Vitamin E. Add 30 drops of Stretch Marks Blend oil for each ounce of the carrier oil. Store in a glass bottle, preferably a dark glass bottle, mix well. Then fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and apply it to the area to be massaged to prevent wasting.

Using Instructions:

1. Once a day, dry brush or scrub your skin with a loofah or rough towel to improve circulation.

2. Morning and evening, massage the oil blend into the area where you have the stretch marks.

3. Use Vitamin A.D.E. Lotion several times during the day to keep it moisturized.

4. Exercise to help improve circulation and improve your body's ability to heal itself.
