Using Directions:

Diffuser: Add 10 to 12 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
Massage Oil: Fill the Free included Roll-On with the blend and apply it behind the ears, the wrists, on the neck and on the forehead. This blend can be work directly on the skin, However, if you experience any skin sensitivity, then add 15 to 20 drops of the blend to 1/2 oz of a carrier oil or Vita-10 Oil.
Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 5 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container. Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
Bath Oils: Add 16 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well. Add 1/4 oz to your bath water.

Using Directions:

Massage Oil: Add 5 ml of the blend to a 4 oz of a carrier oil or Vita-10 Oil., mix it well. Then pour a enough amount of the oil to cover the intended area in the palm of your hands and apply it to the skin (Do not rub your hands together, or some of the oil will be observed to your hands rather than where you want to apply). Rub the mixture until it is fully absorbed. This can be repeated twice or three times a day as required.
