There is no one product that can actually make
you quit smoking. Quitting

being one of them. Aromatherapy can help with the cravings that make you want to keep on
smoking. Cravings are those strong desires that your brain sends out to make
you continue smoking. By blocking these cravings, you end up blocking the

Aromatherapy Research in Smoking
A few recent researches have been successful in exhibiting the beneficial
of aromatherapy and essential oil in the process of quitting smoking.
The use of aromatherapy was done in a smoking cessation program. A study was done at the
University of Pittsburg where aromatherapy was found to stimulate the
brain through the smell organ which reduced the craving for smoke resulting in
the reduced urge to smoke.
Inhaling a blend of aromas can help you block the cravings of smoking
cigarettes. The smell of certain essential oils works by the scent traveling to your
brain’s olfactory nerve. From there, the scent goes to the limbic system,
which controls your cravings.

With

essential blend, and three (3) different pre-filled

On the same day you start this, stop smoking
completely, and not reducing the number of
cigarettes per day. Remember, nothing works
unless you really want to stop smoking. |

Start with the inhaler marked as "Number 1". It
is a strong Nicotine scent made with nicotine
free essential oil extract. Carry this inhaler
with you at all times, even take it with you
when you leave home. When your hands are free,
keep it between your fingers and play with it.
This inhaler not only sends a nicotine scent
satisfying message to your brain, but you are
also holding a round object in your fingers to
replace the urge of touch. Continue to use this
inhaler for at least 3 months. |

Switch to inhaler "Number 2". This inhaler is
scented with a combination of the same
Nicotine essential and other essential oils
known to help stop smoking. Continue to use
inhaler "Number 2" for at least 3 months. |

It is now time to switch to inhaler "Number 3",
which is made with strong essential oils that
has helped many people to stop the urge to
smoke. Use this inhaler the same way as the
