Recipes for Manuka essential oil
Following are some useful recipes for
1 Bath blend to boost the immune system:
Use 2 drops of each essential oil – Manuka, Eucalyptus, and Lavender to
either one teaspoon of carrier oil or a cup of Epsom salts. Blend the
essential oils thoroughly with either the carrier oil or the Epsom salts.
Enjoy a good soak in the bath for about 15-20 minutes.
2 Diffuser for calming and relaxing
Add 1 or 2 drops of Manuka essential oil and bergamot essential oil to
the water in your diffuser and burn off. The aromatherapeutic qualities and
synergy of combining these two essential oils is expected have a strong
relaxing, calming and anxiety reducing effect.
