Ease the Winter Blues Blend

8 drops Grapefruit Pink

12 drops Orange Sweet

Lack of greenery, gray skies, a snow-covered world, reduced activity and the cold temperatures of winter can all lead to what is known as the "Winter Blues." The Winter Blues involve feelings of sadness, depression and loss of energy. Add your oils to a dark colored glass bottle and mix well by rolling the bottle in between your hands. Add the appropriate number of drops from your created blend to your diffuser by following the manufacturer’s instructions.

5 drop Rose Morocco Absolute

5 drop Neroli

15 drop Sandalwood Australian

10 oz Bath Salt (unscented)

Mix all ingredients together, and add to a running bath. Mix well.

Winter Blues Bath Salt

10 oz Bath Salt (unscented)

Mix all ingredients together, and add to a running bath. Mix well.

Winter Blues Air Freshener

Ingredients:

6 drops Jasmine Sambac Absolute

18 drops Bergamot

6 drops Neroli

1 1/2 ounces of distilled water

4 oz clean spray bottle with a fine mist setting

Mix all ingredients together in spray bottle. Wait 5-10 minutes for it to settle down. Spray room lightly. Mix before each use.

Enhance Happiness Blend

8 drops Lemon

4 drops Neroli

8 drops Bergamot

4 drops Rose Morocco Absolute

8 drops Grapefruit Pink

2 drops Ylang Ylang III (Cananga)

1 drop Grapefruit Pink

6 drops Bergamot

8 oz Massage Oil (unscented)

Blend the oils together and store in an amber or cobalt glass bottle. Apply during massage, being careful to avoid sensitive areas.

Winter Blues Bath Oil

12 drops Orange 5 Fold

2 ounce Sweet Almond Carrier Oil

Lack of greenery, gray skies, a snow-covered world, reduced activity and the cold temperatures of winter can all lead to what is known as the "Winter Blues." The Winter Blues involve feelings of sadness, depression and loss of energy. Blend the oils together and store in an amber glass bottle. Do not use all 2 ounces of bath oil in one bath. After you have drawn your bathwater, add about 1/4 ounce (7-8ml) of the bath oil blend to your bath water.
