This is a yummy caffeine fix for the body. The coffee is great for aiding the breakdown of cellulite. Place the coffee and brown sugar in bowl. Add the sweet almond oil and mix. Once you have mixed to a good consistency (a sort of loose paste), add the vanilla extract and absolute. Mix some more to distribute scent. (If the mixture does not stick loosely together, add a bit more almond oil until that occurs.) Use in the shower to scrub rough areas and smooth the surface skin. Do not use on tender, broken or sensitive skin or on your face. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with moisturizer.

Super Model Cellulite Treatment

   Ingredients:

plastic wrap or fresh seaweed strips
1 cup warm used ground coffee

Line your bathroom floor with old newspapers or make sure the floor will not stained by coffee grounds. Make sure the coffee grounds are warm, but not too hot. Rub the grounds into the cellulite laden areas using your hands, loofah, or washcloth (don't use a new one for this). Most of the grounds will fall off, but some residue will remain. Ideally seaweed is used to wrap the area, but if you do not have seaweed handy (and really, who does?), use plastic wrap. Wrap completely around the upper leg and let set for a few minutes. For optimum results do this treatment twice weekly!

Interesting egg facts

Can’t remember if an egg is fresh or hard boiled? Just spin the egg. If it wobbles, it’s raw. If it spins easily, it’s hard boiled. A fresh egg will sink in water, a stale one will float.

Eggs contain all the essential protein, minerals and vitamins, except Vitamin C. But egg yolks are one of few foods that naturally contain Vitamin D. Eggs also contain choline, which is necessary for healthy cell membranes in the body. Choline stimulates brain development and function and helps preserving memory. Eggs also are good for your eyes because they contain lutein which helps prevents age-related cataracts and muscular degeneration. In fact, eggs contain more lutein than spinach and other green vegetables.

The color of the egg shell is not related to quality, nutrients, flavor, or cooking characteristics. White shelled eggs are produced by hens with white feathers and white ear lobes. Brown shelled eggs are produced by hens with red feathers and red ear lobes. Brown egg layers usually are slightly larger and require more food, thus brown eggs usually cost more than white eggs. Albumin, egg white, contains more than half the egg's total protein, niacin, riboflavin, chlorine, magnesium, potassium, sodium and sulfur. Bloom, the coating on an egg shell, helps prevent bacteria from getting inside the shell and also reduces moisture loss.

Be Aware!

Calculate how much time you spend in your car in a week and multiply the number of hours by 52 for a year total. Then divide your yearly total by 24 to find out how many complete days and nights of your life is spend in a car. If the result is significant to you, then you should consider benefiting from aromatherapy by using a spill free cigarette lighter Car Diffuser. Silky Scents offers many essential blends such as Sinus & Stuffy Nose  and Mental Sharpness that you can use in your car for physical and mental improvements.
