Shipping Carriers
  Silky Scents may ship an order either via United parcel Service (UPS) or United State Post office (USPS), depending on the weight and destination. Simply, in the "Command" section of your order form, you can ask specifically for UPS or USPS if one is not convenient for you. Other shipping methods such as next day or second day are also available through both UPS and charges USPS. Once again, in the "Command" section of your order form, indicate what faster shipping method you require, following with this sentence:  
 
 

" I hereby authorize Silky Scents to charge my credit card for the requested faster shipping service."

The customer authorizes Silky Scents to charge their credit card or bill them an additional $5.00 per package if the following applies :

If the customer provides an address that is deemed incorrect or incomplete by U.S. Post office or the UPS (see note below)

Note : An incomplete address is an address that has an apartment number, suite number, floor or any other  pertinent information associated with the address that should have been provided by the customer to insure proper delivery but have been omitted by the customer.

 
     
 
 
 

Important Shipping Information

U.S. Territory Shipping-   Orders for P.O. Box Addresses and Militarily Bases are only shipped via  US Post Office.

Please Notice : United Parcel Service (UPS) does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.  Please provide a complete street address including apartment or suite number.

 
 
 
 
 

 
     
     
 
Ordering by Mail
 
 

To place an order by Mail, you would need to enter your order on our web site, and printing it out after calculation of the shipping charges and mail it to Silky Scents with a Money Order.  For security reasons, we do not accept credit cards with mail orders.  Please notice that we only have an online catalog, our printed catalog has been discontinued. The other choice to order by mail is to print/fill out the order form & send it with the money order :

 

 

 
 
 

 
     
  Damages  
 
 
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please follow the following steps:
1- Call the carrier that delivered your package(s) within 24 hours or by the following business day after you received the package to file a damaged merchandise claim.  Your order is insured through the carrier. The carrier company will contact you to set up an appointment for an inspector to come to your home to inspect the packaging in order to determine the cause of damage.
2- On the Same Day you receive a damaged product, please send an email to : SilkyScentsEmail@yahoo.com and include the following information :
 

a) Indicate that you received a Damage product.

b) your Invoice Number

c) The date of purchase

Important : The Email must be submitted to Silky Scents within 24 hours of receiving a damaged shipment. The Electronic Date on this form must be the same as the Carrier's delivery Date Reports.
