Silky Scents® imports High Quality Essential Oils and Body Care Products directly from well known farmer's and distillers worldwide with high volume turnover our products are always fresh. A. All Silky Scents Essential Oils are high quality 100% Pure and Natural, and will be listed as Organic if certified. Since many of our products come from farmer's and distillers of all sizes around the world, not all are able to pay the certification fees to be certified organic. Silky Scents imports all of our High Quality Essential Oils and Body Care Products products directly from well known farmer's and distillers worldwide and will always maintain our Quality and Sustainability standards.

5. Are Essential Oils edible? Can I use Essential Oils Topically?
A. Silky Scents cannot recommend the internal use of any Essential Oils, as this decision should be made by the consumer after consulting with their Doctor or Certified Aromatherapist, and also making sure that the Essential Oil will not interfere with other medications or skin conditions.
6. Can I use Essential Oils if I am Pregnant or Nursing?
A. It is generally safer to avoid Essential Oils while pregnant or nursing. We recommend checking with a certified aromatherapist or your doctor for safety!

Yes! Samples can be purchased for most Essential Oils with Free Shipping!
8. Can I diffuse Essential Oils?
A. Most Essential Oils can be safely diffused when diluted properly. We recommend checking with a certified aromatherapist or your doctor for specifics on which and recipes.

A. Yes! Throughout the year Silky Scents will offer holiday sales and promotions on the front page or via email!
10. How do I store my Essential Oils?
A. Essential Oils should be stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Some oils may need to be refrigerated.
11. What is the shelf life of an Essential Oil?
A. Most Essential Oils will last 2-3 years with proper storage, while some can last even longer. Every oil is different!

A. Most order's ship same day or within 1 business day!
2. When will my order be delivered?
A. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, most order's are delivered within 1-4 business days nationwide!
3. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. Most order's are shipped with Free Shipping using the USPS, as well as UPS and FedEx are offered with Expedited options.
4. Do you ship internationally? What are the Custom/Tariff Fee's?
A. Yes! We ship to over 55 countries with full Door to Door tracking. Insurance is required for all international orders. Custom/Tariff Fee's are sometimes required by the importing country, these charges are charged directly by the receiver's government, and the customer is responsible for the fee's. We are not authorized to provide estimates or advise on importing fees or regulations, please contact your importing government for further details or instructions.
5. What is your Return Policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with your Essential Oil purchase, please contact us for an RMA to return your order. The item must be unused and unopened, and you will be responsible for the Return Shipping Fee. All Returns are subject to a $5 or 25% Restocking Fee, whichever is greater.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. While damage is rare, it unfortunately can happen. Please leave the items unopened with original packing materials, and contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged items to get that taken care of immediately.
7. Do you charge Sales Tax?
A. Only orders within the State of California will be subject to Sales Tax.
8. I have Sales Tax Exemption in the State of California, how do I apply this to my account?
A. Please contact our customer service team with your California Resale Certificate and California Seller's Permit to get setup.
9. Can I cancel my order?
A. If an order has not been shipped out yet, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to an order.

A. Absolutely! Most products are available online up to 2 Pounds with Free Shipping, please contact us with your specific requirements for a product/shipping quote above 2 Pounds.
2.How are Bulk/Wholesale order's shipped?
A. Depending on the size of the order it can ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL on pallets. Shipping charges apply to all wholesale orders.
